I have had the pleasure of living in an apartment at 1818 Barry Ave. for 46 years... Our current manager is the best, and [makes] this building the best it can be. He is constantly cleaning...and [the building] has an overall feeling of staying safe. Whenever there has been a problem in my apartment or a need for an upgrade, [our manager] has been excellent at 'getting things done' quickly and efficiently. The other renters in the building are wonderful, many good friends of mine. I have been very happy here and feel safe at all times living as a single person. 12012 Goshen Ave.[is a] convenient and great neighborhood location. [There are] spacious apartments, ample storage [and] balconies. Building management [is] excellent; particularly responsive last year, e.g. security awareness, work orders timely, lobby area [kept] clean and attractive, out of sight area provided for package delivery security, [clean] laundry area... Since building rejuvenation, [I have] appreciation for the improvement in appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness.
