Testimonials
I have lived at the 3670 Glendon Ave. property for over 13 years...and I have seen the property go through many phases. [It] has never been better. The recent renovations to improve the pool, spa, gym and rec room has the building looking so nice. The personnel also have never been better. [The managers] are very friendly, helpful, and they ensure all the rules are followed...the building has been nice and quiet, [and] residents can sit and enjoy the comforts of their home. [The managers] take obvious pride and put in effort to make sure that everything runs smoothly...The team conducting repairs are thorough and quick. They are also considerate of our property and have never left a mess...I cannot say enough nice things about [the] maintenance team. They are friendly, professional, and very good at their jobs. I feel extremely lucky to have lived in the building as long as I have, and I look forward to many more years as a resident.
