Testimonials
It's not often that Los Angeles living feels like home but we are very happy to call 1818 Barry Ave. our home for the past 15 years. Our manager works hard at making sure our building is safe, environmentally beautiful, and a pleasant place to live. He is always quick to respond to maintenance requests, is constantly maintaining the building, and cultivates a friendly and neighborly vibe.
I have had the pleasure of living in an apartment at 1818 Barry Ave. for 46 years... Our current manager is the best, and [makes] this building the best it can be. He is constantly cleaning...and [the building] has an overall feeling of staying safe. Whenever there has been a problem in my apartment or a need for an upgrade, [our manager] has been excellent at 'getting things done' quickly and efficiently. The other renters in the building are wonderful, many good friends of mine. I have been very happy here and feel safe at all times living as a single person. Thank you for the opportunity to live in a great apartment.
