Testimonials
I have been a resident at [5333 Balboa Blvd.] in Encino for 16 years. I found out about the apartment from a friend who lives there and loved it. The building is always clean and if anything needs to be done in my apartment the manager is on it right away. Not many apartment buildings have a manager who cares about his tenants. [The manager] has been here for 15 years and always makes sure things are done to make our building one of the best in the valley!
I recently moved out of my apartment after 6+ years of living at 5333 Balboa Blvd. Our move was due to us being able to purchase a home thankfully. Had that not been the case, I am more than certain I would still be in my apartment with my family! [The manager] made sure both our move in and move out was a very comfortable process. During my stay, I noticed that the management is always active and has an eye for care for the building... There's never a moment I see [the manager] sitting around. He's been a blessing to say the least. I'm so happy with [the management] that I referred several of my family members to the building. They are all currently living there now! The building's ownership is great...they take care of the building. From fresh paint, quick turnaround time on repair requests, high end security surveillance systems, etc...
About the city
Welcome to Encino, a historic 9.5 square mile neighborhood, whose name is the Spanish word for ‘Oak Tree.’ Similar to its neighbor to the East, Sherman Oaks, Encino enjoys lower population density than other comparable neighborhoods, as its boundaries include the north slope of the Santa Monica Mountains. Encino offers a small town feel with quiet blocks and walking-distance amenities. And with a high concentration of top ranked public schools, Los Encinos State Historic Park, several golf courses, sports complexes, and dog parks, it’s an ideal place to raise kids and enjoy outdoor recreation.
