He is constantly cleaning...and [the building] has an overall feeling of staying safe. Whenever there has been a problem in my apartment or a need for an upgrade, [our manager] has been excellent at 'getting things done' quickly and efficiently. The other renters in the building are wonderful, many good friends of mine. I have been very happy here and feel safe at all times living as a single person. Since building rejuvenation, [I have] appreciation for the improvement in appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness.

They've made a lot of improvements both practical and aesthetic to our building over the years. [The] professional maintenance staff make sure the building and apartments stay in good condition. I appreciate not having to wait for an unknown outside contractor when there's [any] issue that needs fixing; instead, a [team member] is there to help, usually on the same day I report the problem. Another big plus is our resident managers...[they] are outstanding--Friendly, quick to help with any tenant needs, and always keeping an eye on things...The positive experience I've had is why I've stayed here 29 years!

I have been a resident at [5333 Balboa Blvd.] in Encino for 16 years. I found out about the apartment from a friend who lives there and loved it. The building is always clean and if anything needs to be done in my apartment the manager is on it right away. Not many apartment buildings have a manager who cares about his tenants. [The manager] has been here for 15 years and always makes sure things are done to make our building one of the best in the valley!

The recent renovations to improve the pool, spa, gym and rec room has the building looking so nice. The personnel also have never been better. [The managers] are very friendly, helpful, and they ensure all the rules are followed...the building has been nice and quiet, [and] residents can sit and enjoy the comforts of their home. [The managers] take obvious pride and put in effort to make sure that everything runs smoothly...The team conducting repairs are thorough and quick. They are also considerate of our property and have never left a mess...I cannot say enough nice things about [the] maintenance team. They are friendly, professional, and very good at their jobs. I feel extremely lucky to have lived in the building as long as I have, and I look forward to many more years as a resident.

I have been a tenant [at 10746 Francis Pl.] for going on 12 years. They have always had a competitive rent price and all of the amenities we have ever wanted and more. We have watched our building evolve the last few years with constant improvements. An upgraded pool area (the pool is heated year round), a large hot tub, a state of the art gym facility, parking included, a beautiful barbeque area with several new grills and tables to eat outside...ample laundry facilities payable via card or app, all of the stores you could need are walkable. The whole area is exploding with new retail and restaurants...the location couldn't be more excellent with access to both the 405 & 10 freeways...The sense of community here is what has been the best part of living here. As parents with children it has been the most fun having neighbors with and without kids. Many of us have been living here for many years, we can borrow milk and bread whenever we need it :) We are so lucky to have 2 wonderful managers that are so supportive, when we need something fixed or addressed they are always all over it. So grateful! Knowing that our living space will always be cared for is a major asset to feel at peace in your home. I know [the management] has many locations, highly recommend being a tenant!

I recently moved out of my apartment after 6+ years of living at 5333 Balboa Blvd. Our move was due to us being able to purchase a home thankfully. Had that not been the case, I am more than certain I would still be in my apartment with my family! [The manager] made sure both our move in and move out was a very comfortable process. During my stay, I noticed that the management is always active and has an eye for care for the building... There's never a moment I see [the manager] sitting around. He's been a blessing to say the least. I'm so happy with [the management] that I referred several of my family members to the building. They are all currently living there now! The building's ownership is great...they take care of the building. From fresh paint, quick turnaround time on repair requests, high end security surveillance systems, etc...
